Inlet water source

Urban tap water meets the Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water GB5749-2022 (TDS<500PPm), with water pressure of 2-5kg/cm² and water temperature of 5-45°C.

Water Production Requirements

Cleaning water: tap water, purified water and sterile water should be available.

1. Tap water quality should comply with the provisions of GB5749;

2. Purified water should comply with the provisions of GB5749, and should ensure that the total number of bacteria ≤ 10CFU/100mL;

3. The pore size of the source membrane used in the production of purified water should be ≤ 0.2um, and it should be replaced regularly;

4. Sterile water is water treated by sterilization process; When necessary, carry out microbiological tests on purified water and sterile water.

Water Production Index

Grade I produced water quality: < 15μ s/cm Grade II produced water quality: < 5μ s/cm.
